FreedomRocks was founded on July 1, 2002. They incorporated (becoming FreedomRocks Inc.) on January 1, 2005. Initially,FreedomRocks marketed a stock market / mutual fund trading system which was replaced on November 1, 2005 with the Wealth Builder (FOREX) program discussed on this site.

FreedomRocks Founder and President, Mark Vincellette, developed the original formula in the 1980's. He traded his personal portfolio part-time while pursuing a career as an IT professional and management consultant. In 2001, he laid the groundwork for what would become theFreedomRocks enterprise. In 2004, he began the modifications necessary to adapt the trading system for use in the FOREX market.

The FreedomRocks Support Center is in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is recommended to first utilize your sponsor/upline whenever possible for questions about the program.
